Is LIA actually HIPAA-compliant herself?

Yes — with the same scope rules you'd apply to any consultant. Conversations are stored in our Cloudflare KV namespace, encrypted at rest and in transit. Your data is never used for model training. The Multi-Site tier includes a signed BAA covering all data flow including the upstream inference call. Starter and Practice are scoped for de-identified discussion: ask LIA about your policies, vendors, BAAs, and incident workflows freely — just don't paste raw PHI (patient names, MRNs, full DOB) into the chat. If you need PHI-in-scope conversations, upgrade to Multi-Site or ask about an enterprise contract.

What happens if I cancel?
